In everything he does, Andrew is insightful, dynamic, and personable. With a heart for individuals- and the people and organisations they lead – Andrew founded Stone Creative: Leadership Group in 2012, to create a proactive environment for leaders to converge their passion and clarity, personally and professionally.

Andrew has been in leadership roles within the community for over 25 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Double Major in Communications and Marketing. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and the Australian Institute of Directors. He is also a Chartered International Negotiator.

A sought-after speaker with a unique communication style, Andrew travels the world from boardrooms to auditoriums, bringing freshness, guidance, and revelation.

Andrew has a strong and diverse background, crossing all areas of leadership, development, communications and actively serving as an organisational strategist and leadership development consultant for the education and government sectors, the Australian Defence Force, Rotary International, regularly speaking and lecturing on leadership and culture corporately, universities and not-for-profit conferences in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Canada and the USA.
