With a heart for individuals- and the people and organisations they lead – Andrew founded Stone Creative: Leadership Group in 2012, to create a proactive environment for leaders to converge their passion and clarity, personally and professionally.

Andrew has been in leadership roles within the community since his early teens and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Double Major in Communications and Marketing. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.

A sought-after speaker with a unique communication style, Andrew travels the world from boardrooms to auditoriums, bringing freshness, guidance, and revelation.

Andrew has a strong and diverse background, crossing all areas of leadership, development, and communications. He has served as a leadership development and communications consultant for the corporate industry, the education sector, faith-based communities, universities, leadership colleges and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and USA.
